Bamboo Wok Manvel

First time eating from here. I ordered over the phone, guy took my order. I get there and my total is $43 (I’m aware Chinese food can be expensive) but I asked why so expensive and she explains that they charged me from the “single side” and not the family side. So they charged for sides separately. I told her next time have the person over the phone ask those questions before just charging for those things and so we know their is more than one option. I didn’t need to look at the menu Bc we already knew what we wanted. Worst part is the food wasn’t even good!

Disgusting and horrible ... never again! Screwed up the order refused to fix and refused to refund!!! Will never return!

This has got to be worst fast food Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been. First they don’t answer their phones. Second its togo only with no curbside. Service is lack luster. The main complaint is the food. Ordered king pao beef, I received oily carrots with brown sauce. Paid $1 for egg roll and the hot sour soup was lousy. No sauces Bc u have to pay for them. They should simply close this place. Manvel I feel sorry for ya.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S COMMENTS (complain, complain) UR THE REASON WHY PEOPLE WRITE UNPLEASANT REVIEWS. GROW UP AND TAKE IT LIKE AN ADULT AND FIX UR RESTAURANT
