They also had daily specials on food and drinks. The menu consisted of typical pub fare, and we ordered fish and chips, chicken strips, and a steak sandwich. Everything was delicious and felt just like home.
Having grown up in the area but not living there for over 20 years, I decided to visit The Reach, formerly known as Foxes Reach Pub. To my surprise, it appeared that the same floor, walls, chairs, and bathroom from 20 years ago were still in place. The bathroom was almost unusable, emitting a strong odor of urine and appearing dirty as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned in years. The service we received was decent, but the overall condition of the establishment seemed outdated and neglected. Even the front doors were dirty and old. Despite the decent food, there are better dining options available in Maple Ridge. I have no plans to return to The Reach, formerly Foxes Reach, in the future.
Great place for delicious wings plus burger plus a drink. All Kovid requirements met and our server Bridget ensured our culinary experience.
Came back at happy hour, which worked well. tasty bbq wing as an appetizer with cool drink. tasty jakes burger homemade pommes were also worth a try! our server bridget has made a great job to ensure that we had a good culinary experience. nice that. COVID rules do not need masks at this time.
I brought my friends to try my favorite Chicken Wings and we had a great experience. The restaurant was busy, so we had to wait at least 10 minutes for a table and another 15 minutes to place our order. The wait was worth it though, as we were very pleased with our drinks, wings, nachos, and calamari.
