Mcdonald's - MARBLE FALLS

This location is awesome because their frappe machine is never broken and my order has never been wrong. Every time I go through everybody's pleasant. I typically don't make reviews for McDonald's, but I am visiting the area and my local McDonald's in North Austin and Cedar Park area don't compare lol. Just blown away by my experience with this location. Thank you guys for helping my lunch hours go smoothly.

Food is fine but the service is slow and the most of staff is unfriendly.Also way too many managers for NONE of them to be able to assist you if you might have any sort of issues. GM wont even come out of the office!Cresyl is one of the nicest managers there shes amazing.

Great small town service and friendly atmosphere. Very attentive and smiling staff. Not your typical franchised fast food restaurant. A bit off the main road but I get it, don't want to compete with the independents. BK doesn't have a problem with that or was grandfathered in long ago.

Clean Lobby, Clean Bathroom, Quick and Accurate curb service

Not sure what 's happened but this location has gone down hill. Drive thru. The employees are rude and not professional. Was told my card was declined, when in fact, I was charged the wrong order. So he lied and then asked for my card back at the second window to refund and charge the correct order. Then was given the wrong order. I asked for the receipts of said transactions and was told to pull forward. Sat there for 15 mins and no one came. I tried to call and speak to a manager and was given just a regular employee while someone in the background saying just tell her we 're sorry . We won 't be going back.
