Every time I order from this place they overcharge me. Tonight was the third time I’ve ordered takeout, gotten to the restaurant, and find they charged me higher than the listed menu price for the same item. I ordered 20 wings tonight—just 20 wings, nothing else. I was charged $26. The listed menu price for 20 wings with fries included was $20. Where the hell did the $6 come from?! I paid more and I didn’t even get fries! When I tried to tell them I was overcharged, they argued with me, saying that “don’t know what the conversation on the phone was,” refusing to adjust the obvious mistake. Checking the receipt, i was rung up for 2 orders of 10 wings (with fries) making it more expensive, and I didn’t even get the fries included in the order. To add insult to injury, when I brought home the wings they were some of the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. The last time I ordered, I got a pizza and wings combo and they charged me $5 more than the listed menu price again, and when I looked on the receipt, I was rung up for each item separately, rather than the combo. I’m not sure if it’s a staff training issue or what, but it’s happened so many times at this point that I swear it’s intentional. Next time just order DoorDash, I can almost promise you it’s cheaper.

After a not so great review the restaurant reached out and made everything right! The BBQ chicken flat bread was great and those mango habanero wings and fries were top tier. Thank you so much for caring about your customers and their opinions. Would definitely eat here again. THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND I LOVE THE VIBE YOU GET WHEN YOU COME IN MAKES YOU FEEL ST HOME

Restaurant was supposed to open at 4:15 pm didn’t open until 4:45 which i understand can happened as I also work in the food service. Then the chef proceeds to tell us that it’ll be a 30-45 minute wait for food which I complied to and had no issue with and just said can I place my order now and you guys let me know when it’s ready. I only order wings and fries. 40 minutes turned to a 2hr+ wait. Remember I placed my order around 4:50 I did not receive my food until a lil after 6:30 pm which is an insane wait time for wings and fries and no compensation or communication was made what so ever.
