The drive thru took forever to get my order . My cheeseburger was half the size of the bun and it was burnt .

One of the people working here quit in the background of taking an order. I ordered 3 shakes and double fries with some burgers but they missed one shake and fries in the drive through and said I didn't order the other items. The food wasn't good, evenconsidering this is fast food. The buns were dry and hard on one side and greasy and soft on the other. And the one order offries ended up being too salty to be able to eat. I have no intention of coming back.

Best milkshakes ever! speedy drive thru! good customer service! the prices are updated in any case, the journey worth to eat for a quick bite!

There really should be an option for zero stars. The customer service has got to be the nastiest I have ever seen at this location. Literally there is a guy working the window in a dirty hoodie (No uniform AT ALL) and a hat to the back and has an attitude because he got the order wrong. I don't have an accent, I speak only English and he got the order wrong and huffed and puffed when I asked him for the correct thing. Fact is, he did not have what my son wanted and substituted it on his own. Then, he asked for the wrong shake back as if I wanted it in the first place. And I think... I've never worked in food service before, but I think they are not supposed to take food back into the window. Something about sanitation. Don't worry about us, we'll keep going to the one on Cobb parkway.

Took my wife and kids to get food here about a month ago and it was amazing. Friendly staff the orders were fast fresh and perfect. So the wife and I decided to go back yesterday. Now I see all new staff Wich are very unfriendly. The guy was rolling his eyes while we were placing our order he seemed very agitated that he had to take the order. Then gave me 95 cents all in nickels which was no big deal until he huffed and sighed because he had to count nickels. The food was fast on this occasion but definitely not as good as the first trip here. Seemed rushed. Almost no chicken on the quesadillas and way to much sauce and the burgers were very sloppy. I've never had a bad experience at any cook out until now so i might just have to stick to the cook out in Kennesaw even tho this one in five minutes from my house
