I had ordered and was CHARGED thru their mobile order and not even 3 mins after receiving my code and i stay nect door to them mind you!!!, They had the audacity to day they were closed ans not even refund me my money back!!!?
There?s two employees, in leadership positions, both male and female, who usually work in the mornings.. The plus-size female is always standing around with an attitude. She never greets customers with any type of enthusiasm , it?s always seems as thoughcustomers are a bother to her. She appears to be lazy and unkept. The male who usually works with her is equally unprofessionaland lacks customer enthusiasm. He?s always in a rush .. and will abruptly leave you if you take too long to decide what youwant. This McDonald?s use to be one of my favorite restaurants to visit , but I can?t help but to go else where seeing thedirection this place is going with the current leadership. Oh, by the way, the bold head guy who cleans up the front lobby andoutside is super friendly and has made the difference in me not rating this place a 1 a long time ago!!!
Went through drive through, was fast, even with several vehicles in front of me. Got the big breakfast no hotcakes. With OJ. Requested to swap biscuit for English muffin, don't think i should be charged .30 cents for it. Food was hot, was good
I ordered a specialty sandwich and when I received the sandwich it was not right. Needed a resolve to the matter not finger-pointing of who messed up the order. Did not anyone in trouble. I had a headache when I came and left feeling worse.Please learn better customer skills.
