Al's Diner - Mars Hill

Excellent food and service. Staff is very pleasant. Great stop on ATV and snowmobile trail. The cookies are fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful little hole in the wall greasy spoon. A wonderful place to get a great bite to eat at a great price. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Went there tonight for the first time with my family of 6. Great food and great service!

I ordered wings, there are plenty of them for the price, but breaded which I don't care for but they were well done, a chicken salad, TONS of chicken, fresh enough and a bowl of fish chowder packed with fish and potatoes. Great value, basic setting. A throwback type diner that overperforms. Don't expect any frills. But know that you will get an excellent value for what you pay.

We were in town visiting family and decided to try this spot after a 1 hour drive. The food was amazing! Portions were plentiful. We got the seafood sampler and it was SOOOO good. Will definitely be back when we go.
