Great service usually. I can’t get past the up-charge for ordering to go. I believe it’s 20%.

Service is terrible. If I could give a negitive review I would the waitress we had with the long braids is just rude. Half of our food came 25 mins later the rest came. The server was just rude and ignored us and when we asked about the missing sandwich we were given the bill and ignored. I have been in restaurant management for 20 plus years and never would I let any of my staff act that way its sad that one poor experience has turned us off completely to the whole waffle house experience if your in the area drive to fwb or navarre do not waste your time stopping at this location I hope management reads this and no one else has the same experience

I stopped in after a long drive and received the best customer service. The patty melt with extra pickles is my absolute favorite. The hash brown bowls are tasty even the next day.

Jennifer and GG provided excellent service and delicious food! Amazing ladies that are thorough and kind! This is the best Waffle House I’ve ever eaten at because of these two wonderful people!!!

I always wanted to go to a waffle house. I ordered scrambled eggs but they came all patchy, you can tell they didn't scrambled but kind of fried them and scrambled in the pan. Left the eggs an no one asked me if anything was wrong with my eggs. Not coming back!
