Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had a great time at Red Robin. I went there with members of my mother's church while on vacation. I eat the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato Fries. Both items were delicious. Never ate at a Red Robin restaurant before. I hope to return soon.

I love Red Robin, and have been going to this restaurant with my family for years. I got dinner here last night with my daughter and a friend and it was the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve been in this industry for 5+ years and was very disappointed in the service. Our server forgot my daughters food, our food came out and it was not correct. She didn’t bring the app out of fries we asked for until having to be asked for 3 different times. She had her cellphone out in the dining room and when I asked for an extra side of blue cheese crumbles it was never brought to me, and I could see her leaning up against expo on her phone again, by this time my salad was almost gone and I was ready to go so I just let it go. I understand the industry now a days are difficult and like I said I’ve been in the industry for several years now, but when I am one table of two in the restaurant and my server is choosing to be lazy, the food is too expensive to have an experience like this.

Server was horrible no personality! Had to ask several times for the waters that we asked for when seated no refills even offered. The place was mostly empty so it couldn’t have been that. He simply didn’t listen to what was said. $75 for burgers and two drinks that tasted like it came from McDonald’s is ridiculous! I wouldn’t advise going here for sure. Took 20 minutes to get the bill. I will not go to a Red Robin anywhere! Very very upset

Times are rough. Dinner for 2 for $40. They are short on staff and trying to do their best but eating out is getting very expensive and this just isn't worth the money. It feels like they are trying to prep food in advance, two choices of burger, medium or well, fries were cold because they were cooked well In advance. Feel bad for them.

Was left waiting 5 minutes to be seated. Place was pretty empty during that time. Waiter had me waiting 15 minutes to order. Barely checked in on me. Some of the other locations have better customer service.
