Love their burgers but this location no good at least for my experience. Food took forever, then when we did get it, it was all cold. Didn't like my experience here. But definitely will try others. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Last week Wednesday I went to this location after they had me on hold for over 20 minutes. I was on my way to Matteson anyway so I stopped by thinking that they were busy. They had a couple burgers on the grill but by no means busy at all, so I’m sure that they screening their calls. After all of that, what I received was a mountain of salt on my burger and fries as expensive as the food is there I was inclined to try and eat it but all I could taste was salt. OK Five Guys, come on Now, you get an F today for not providing the two F 's we expected Fresh Fast. We Ordered on-line a Bacon Cheese Burger and Fries, when I got there to pick-up it was just in time to witness the fry cook putting Burnt Fries that were sitting under a warmer into the bag. My Brain screamed Ummmmm, no mam Pam, I 'll pass on the Burnt Buds, and wait for a new batch. When I called her on the fries, her demeanor took a nose dive and I immediately became thankful for the openess of the cook space so I could see her contemplate giving me the remaining Burnt fries she shovel through looking for Less Charred fries, the burger was fine no problem there. I 'm hoping this is a one off experience, because my Hubby Loves Five Guys.
