Contribuisci feedbackI had the worst customer service experience imaginable at this café. The barista, Stephanie, started my order by slamming a cup down and yelling, "You need to slow down!" Throughout the process, she continued to roll her eyes and slam the equipment she was using to prepare my drinks. To make matters worse, as I was about to leave, she outright screamed, "WHAT?!" at a coworker who had simply asked for a cup of ice. Regardless of any personal issues she might be facing, there's no excuse for treating customers that way. It’s clear she dislikes her job and should not be in that position. I will never return.
The service was disappointing. The man who served the three coffees we ordered was rude and unpleasant.
This Starbucks offers excellent service that is both quick and efficient. I especially enjoy the double chocolate chip Frappuccino. The location is also fantastic, situated inside Harris Teeter.
This café has a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for getting some work done. The prices are similar to those at Starbucks, so nothing particularly standout there, but they always get my name right, which is a plus. The place also has a lovely aroma and comfortable seating. The baristas are friendly and approachable, making for a great vibe overall.
Always versatile! As a picky eater, I was pleasantly surprised to find a sandwich I actually wanted to eat when I stopped by here at the airport. That really says a lot!
