Long John Silver's - Maumee

Food was terrible. I had a fish sandwich and fries. It was ALL cold. It tasted HORRIBLE, all you could taste was OLD grease. The bun was hard as a rock. Long John Silver's used to be good. I will NEVER go back.

I had a great online pick-up experience at the Maumee LJS location. Although it was VERY busy due to Lent/Easter weekend, the entire staff were friendly and professional. I will return to this site again.

Absolutely disgusting inside (and no, it wasn't because there was a rush). EVERY table needed cleaned off and wiped, floors had garbage everywhere, all of the trashcans were overflowing on the floor (that's why people left their trays/garbage on the tables) front counter was nasty, pop all over, pop lids were escaping the holders. The pop machine was out of ice mountain dew was out of syrup. Employees didn't seem to care based on their mannerisms with their backs to the dining room and playing on their phones. While waiting for food, I observed 3 different people (2 from drive-thru and 1 dine in, up at the counter complaining that they didn't get everything they paid for). I would tell everyone to avoid this place as it would be a health concern. Won't EVER visit this restaurant again!

Guy working needs to not go to work angry, he was very rude for no reason.
