El Pollo Loco - Maywood

A chicken avocado burrito ordered. Burrito was okay, didn't seem really fresh. I also ordered guacamole and chips. The guacamole was basically 3 pieces of avocado that was not completely mashed. Wasn't really my best experience.

I always get the Tostada salad and I never have a problem. Today I ordered the double chicken tostada and it was terrible. I couldn't eat the chicken. It was hard and stale and more like shredded chicken. Disappointed.

A few days ago. The menu was limited. When they gave me my pages, the cup wasn't half full. The chicken pieces were burned and very tiny. Update: The administration told me it never happened and stones were kicked. Very professional.

The food is amazing as always! I ordered the double chicken tostada, and it was delicious. However, on my last visit, some pieces of chicken were really tough to chew. On other occasions, my meal has been fantastic!

This is a fantastic restaurant! The cashiers are friendly, and the service is quick. The establishment is clean, and the restrooms are accessible. You can also enjoy fountain drink refills in the self-serve area. Please note that masks are required for entry.
