Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience today. My order was incomplete and delayed, and the chicken sandwich came with wilted yellow lettuce. I hope they can improve their service next time.
There were several mistakes during our visit. I requested multiple creamy sauces but only received two, which led to a very long wait for the rest. The line was excessively long; I waited for 20 minutes even though the place wasn't that crowded. To top it off, when we got home, we discovered that my son’s fries were missing. He was really disappointed—how could they forget a child's order?
They took 25 min to serve , even one customer had to tell the servers about my order because he arrive after me and they pass with out caring about I'm waiting, lately a server come and ask for my name , she went to check and after a couple of minutes she'd come and ask for my receipt, after another couple of minutes back with the order, really bad experienceHope you can improve
Good as any other chick filet. Could have been better. Idk. Management needs to mentor the youth so they don't end up doing everything and give the young kids a chance to practice their customer service cuz the young kids kinda clueless but the older ones really niceSorry I'm just picky when it comes to customer service
Owners are very rude ,unfair judgemental dont know how to treat their employees !! Prefers to throw food away!!
