The young people need to work on their customer service. Bad attitude’s. Sloppy drinks. Do not go an hour before they’re about to close they were saying everything is out so they don’t have to serve you. Not clean had to ask for straws and napkins. Had a lot of workers, but not a lot of work being done. The only person that was nice to us is the older lady she is always smiling with a good attitude when taking orders.
Ordered 2 Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos, and they tasted just like syrup. The 1st sip gave me a headache and I just threw it away. My husband said his tasted the same and trashed his also. If we didn't have to take our daughter to her summer class graduation, we would've turned around and got refunds. The young girls that were there were on their phone the whole time while taking orders and fixing them. Are there not any cameras to see what your employees are doing? They don't even have good customer service because the only person I saw them greet was a Target employee and that was out of the 6 ppl that ordered while I was there.
Both girls in this place have attitudes consistently. I asked for my drink with no water.. and they still made it with water. I ask for a remake and they put no sweetener in it? Like what is up with the inconsistency in this starbucks. If u don't wanna work then don't, but don't take it out on customers. This customer service is horrid. They need to work on it. ASAP!
Now they charged you more if you dont want ice with your drink. And they didnt even tell you first in advance.
