Donuts are not fresh. Ordered the tomatoe pesto sandwich looked old like it was prepared a day before cheese was hardened tasted stale.

I'm lactose intolerant and asked for any kind of replacement milk for latte, and they still gave me normal milk. And I found a bug frozen in my ice cube. Disgusting and ran by teens who don't know what to do.

This location doesn't have it together. Andrew, not sure if he's the manager, but he bosses everyone around the whole time you're inside. Dana cannot remember anything you tell her. You have to repeat your order at least 3 times to her. The other workers there seem to have it together but unfortunately Andrew and Dana are the ones who directly deal with the customers. One day, they even had to shut down the store so they could catch up on mobile orders that's unacceptable. Overall, slow service and takes way longer to get coffee and donuts than it should.

Clueless! Not pleasant order was wrong. No one pays attention . Pretty crappy place . What's wrong with those people

The quality of the food was below average. The beverage tasted good. The tables looked like they were not cleaned recently.
