These meals are excellent. The service is super convenient and it frees up so much time for me through my week.

This was my first time doing a meal prep service and thought it was great. Saves so much time shopping, cleaning and coming. All the meals were solid with really good flavor and they kept well. My ranking would probably be 1. Peruvian Spiced Salmon 2. Red lentils and chicken 3. Beef Potatoes 4. Mexican Street Corn Mac. I liked that they include the macros on the label for you to see easily. It's healthy, simple, but delicious! And the delivery service was great, I live in an apartment building and they brought it all the way to my floor and left outside my door. Would highly recommend.

The best decision we could've ever made. I care for my elderly mom who is pretty much independent. They're are days though she doesn't feel like doing much. Found the meals delish!

Meals by Chef Swole is an excellent and local meal service that offers a great variety of delicious, meal prepped foods. A macro service is also offered. Meals can then be tailored to your macros and can even be changed upon request! It is a great and local business that can compete with the online businesses very well. My only wish is that they offered a weekly option to satisfy my sweet tooth as well, otherwise I heavily enjoy the meals selections.
