Domino's Pizza - Meadowville

Hands down the most horribly organized dominos I’ve ever seen. I understand it’s out of the floor staff’s control on who does and doesn’t come to work but it’s ridiculous that I’m having to wait over 2 hours for a singular pizza when I’m not even 10 minutes away. Also to add they are either consistently understaffed or the management cannot seem to hire reliable people to work on busy days when they should be needed. Overall, A very bad experience every-time I attempt to get food from here that isn’t carry out.Don’t waste your time here on a place that fails at having more than one person working a position.

I drive a truck. So cant get in a lot of places. So i was staying at comfort suites just down the road. I ordered delivery. I order around 745 pm did not get until 915 pm. When i got it. Wow this has to be the sorriest dominos i have ever gotten. The pizza had so many air pockets. I should have just gotten a loaf of bread. Cause thats about all air pockets are. Also ordered a philly cheese steak for lunch tomorrow. It was all bread hardley any steak on there and the cheese was burnt to a crisp. It looked like black plastic under the steak. I spent 50 dollars including paying a nice tip just for something i cant hardly eat. I am very fustraded. I dont come to this area much. So i will not eat here again. People be ware. You will get ripped off. I never leave Google ratings but i had too on this one i got ripped off.

This is the WORST Domino’s location I’ve ever been to. I waited an hour in my car for car side delivery, and no one ever came (I was checked in on the Domino’s app). So, I went inside and some of the rudest customer service representatives I’ve dealt with “serviced” me. The employee who I mainly spoke with, was disrespectful, snarky, and passive aggressive. She was in her 20’s, blonde curly hair, and tattoos. The staff in the kitchen did not make my order correctly, even after I asked them to remake it. The food was old anyway, I don’t know how long my order was waiting on the heat rack. The lobby was full with people waiting respectfully, as the staff were standing around and talking amongst each other. It’s really disappointing, as a long time customer, to see the decline in quality of the food and service. I can’t believe I spent my money on this. Do better.

I order the Parm Bread Bites every single time I go there, which is quite a bit. I ordered the $6.99/ Large pizza deal tonight. I got a pepperoni pizza and a ham and pineapple with BBQ sauce. My husband could not even eat a whole slice. I usually do not have issues with them but tonight was an off night for them. Most everyone is friendly but it seems they take advantage of one of the managers as she is ALWAYS there. Even if I am just going by I see her through the window working hard.

Got takeout for a gathering over a football game. Staff was delightful and everyone at the party enjoyed the food
