Hardee’s - Meadowville

I placed a mobile order. Picked up in drive thru. When they handed me the bag, I had to remind them we hadn’t gotten drinks (this was the first interaction since pulling up to window. She got our drinks and we went on.Realized later when distributing food, one sandwich (hamburger) was missing. Both fries were in the bag but an entire burger was left out.

First thing was, the cashier had to check her phone before she took our order. The dining room was cold. Asked if heater wad broke. The manager answered hateful. Then there was barely any gravy on the biscuit.

I asked for the chicken tenders to be cooked fresh. Sadly, they were not only NOT cooked fresh, but they were barely warm, and just not very good at all. Disappointing to say the least.

Food was great. I went through drive thru and got biscuits and gravy. And they for got to give me any silverware.

Always great to get the super sausage biscuit combo before
