I don?t think many people understand how much these employees are overworked and underpaid and still continue to show up so we can have convenience. I wish I knew her name but she was so kind! Thanks for that, it was a mentally rough day and it was so nice to have someone be understanding of my crazy mind.
Maybe Pepsi should do something about the horrible KFC location- like put it out of everyone's misery. Or maybe Pepsi should just get the hell out of the restaurant business altogether because they RUIN iconic restaurants like Long John Silver, A&W, Kentucky Fried Chicken (not KFC! , Pizza Hut, even Taco Bell. Consistently worst service of any restaurant I have ever been in, and that's saying something these days especially. Just painted the place up a bit and put up somenew window dressing- but look at the parking lot! All the bad reviews here put it mildly. Avoid unless you're ready to give it all you got for some greasy fried chicken- unlike the Original Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Their fries are never actually hot and crispy and seasoned with the herbs and spices. Legit come here for the fries and i have tried all hours of the day and 1 time i came right when they opened and they were excellent but other than that... the staff are very friendly. I still would recommend this facility.
My wife and I were hanging out Sunday afternoon and talking about dinner possibilities...mentioned that I was thinking about making fish and chips with cole slaw...her advise was let's go to Long John Silvers...I guess it's one of her childhood favorites...we don't eat fast food much, so I thought let's give it a try...went through the drive thru(great friendly service) and ordered the family pack...4 pcs. nice crispy fish and 4 pics. crispy chicken tenders(they threw inan extra chicken tender)...fries...hush puppies...slaw...took it home and crisped up the fries in the air fryer...pretty awesome dinner for $25.00
Both doors were locked at 5:45pm on a Tuesday (not holiday) The dining area was lit up and there were no signs saying that they were closed. Cars were in the drive thru and I could see workers inside. I knocked on the door and a worker shrugged his shoulders. I walked there and didn't have a car to go through the drive thru. Other people were trying to get inside also. If they are going to close the dining area, they should put signs on the outside.
