Metro Diner is AMAZING! Best Peace Chicken and Waffles EVER! We eat here often and I always get the Peace Chicken... my wife loves Turkey Dinner Platter. The desserts are delicious... one of the best Cobblers we've ever had today was Peach Cobbler. I had the Blueberry lemon cake pudding and it was great. All you order here will not be disappointed, in fact you will be thrilled and you will come again and again. The waiting staff is friendly, friendly and professional...Davida is the best. Thank you for having a wonderful Go-and-Essen experience!

METRO DINER, at 5600 CARLISLE PIKE, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050, was something to talk after I left! I ordered FRIED CHICKEN WAFFLES, 2 SCRAMBLED EGGS with CHUNKS from STEAK, a WAFFLE SUNDAE (simply delicious)! To add to my sweet tooth, I also ordered 1 'BIG ' slice CHOCOLATE CAKE. The food was 'over-the-top' delicious! The DINER was clean. The restroom was clean, and the waitresses were very KIND and PROFESSIONAL... what I could ask more... a magical pair of shoes that will take me back to enjoy delicious food again! Thank you for making it!

The food was fresh and good. We were on vacation and didn't know what it was about. My wife googelt places to eat near us and she saw Metro and what food they had so that we rolled the dice and came a winner. I'll order Metro Diner again.

Excellent excellent food! Pot pie was great. The owner was friendly and attentive and our waitress Emily was excellent. A very nice selection of menu options. Worth the trip.

I got the special red velvet pancakes with cream cheese icing and cobbler topping. Was it every bit amazing as it sounds? Absolutely. Per fection. And my waiter was Ashlyn, she was very attentive and friendly. I'm definitely heading back to try those cinnamon bun pancakes.
