Tosu Ramen Sushi - Medford

I stuck to the salmon ? nigiri it was fair .The menus had to much cucumbers and crab , to me if that’s the staple to the rolls I’m not a fan . The guy working in the dining room was kind delivered me water right away but never refilled it , it seemed he was disappointed I wasn’t going to spend 30$ on a lunch . I really didn’t want to order more due to how pushy was about me ordering more .There’s a good chance I’ll never return here

Just moved to So OR, and someone at my bank in Ashland recommended this place. I've had fine sushi at my previous homes in the Portland area as well as the SF Bay area. My daughter and I BOTH ordered our absolute fave: Rainbow Rolls. The sushi chef worked with precision to make my favorite roll in such a way as we will be back again when we visit Medford. This place is a hidden little gem.

Overall it was good not very big portion sizes but tasty. Pretty small dining area, kind of felt cafeteria-ish.Food: 4/5

Qualifies as a dive, but do not pass it up the food is close to greatness: the beer is cold, the staff is super friendly. My lunch was a welcoming, filling experience. Believe yelpers who have given Tosu 's an overall 4.5 rating. The shrimp was fresh, the panko breaded tempura veggies were excellent. My Wildfire Roll was well prepared and a had a vivid presentation. Not in a great area but worth a visit. The pics tell the world what I had for lunch and the lunch say come back for more . Lots of parking. . Roll, veggies, beer- 30.

I've been coming here a since it opened. I moved away 2 years ago and always come here when passing through. Well today I got that magic broth and noodles only to realize after a few bites something was wrong. The umami was gone. My wife noticed and the table next to me noticed. Then we were told the owner sold months ago and it's clearly evident. I just wanted to thank the former owner for the years we had together. Ramen is deeply personal and takes great skill to make the perfect broth. My search continues....
