No whipped topping on ice Vanilla Iced Capp and Marble Swirl White Hot Chocolate is made with brown not white.

Food is fresh and my drivers have always been quick. Appreciate that.

Every order Ive placed from this Tims location has an issue. If you like to order one thing and receive something else, this is your place.

This comment isn't necessarily due to my experience this morning but the repetitive nature of this same experience and comment. it happens over and over again. It ruins the experience Tim's is trying to sell..I ordered a banana muffin. I guess they were out, so they just gave me a fruit explosion. I won't eat this, I'd rather you just take the muffin off the order, but they know this, so they substitute)Doesn't feel right to just substitute someone's order for something else without advising the client of the change, and a 90-day boycott will be the consequences of this fraud ?? The real problem isn't just today. It's all the time, every time I visit.If you don't check your order before you drive away, there's a 75% chance you'll be disappointed one way or the other.. Hash browns are often undercooked and gross. Waste of money when this happens as they're not edible either. Like most Canadians, I'm not trying to spend money on food. Im not going to eat.
