Alpbach - Meiringen

I only rate the restaurant, not having stayed in the hotel. Well the restaurant is excellent. I had caught a trout. Good cooking, excellent seasoning, a treat. In addition, by chance we were served by a very friendly French woman.

The food is very good and the service is friendly but rather reserved/cool. We waited almost 40 minutes for dinner without a starter, with a child... even though we were able to order at 6 p.m. sharp (the kitchen opens). It's a shame that there's a 4. surcharge for the children's menu, spaetzli instead of fries, 12. instead of 8. , even though I had spaetzli in the menu, the chef didn't have to prepare it separately!

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistingsverhältniss. Familiär und gemütlich. Wer nicht Halbpension nicht ist selber schuld!

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, die Bedienung ausserordentlich freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Besten Dank für die Gastfreunschaft.
