Soup and Salad I saw this on the menu and assumed it was a combination. There were only prices listed with the salads at around $12. No prices for soups. That's why I assumed it was a combination price. I asked what the soup was. It was lentil soup. I ordered the soup and salad. When the bill came it was $20. If they're going to price the soup separately it needs to be listed on the menu. Most places soup and salad is considered a combo.
