Nice sit down breakfast. The menu was a little restrictive but tasty regardless. Even plain and simple scrambled eggs on toast was tasty. Good coffee.

Situated in The Blackman Hotel on Arthur Street, just off St Kilda Road, this is a top choice for breakfast. The food is always delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. One of my go-to dishes is the Herb Omelette. Additionally, you can purchase French Bread and sandwiches to-go. For lunch, they offer a variety of options, accompanied by a fantastic selection of wines.

I stayed at The Blackman hotel, located above the French wine cafe. Despite it being Melbourne Cup morning and the staff appearing stressed due to the busy atmosphere, I decided to have breakfast there. I managed to find a table and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The food was amazing, the best breakfast I have ever had. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the salad with avocado was sensational, and the hollandaise sauce was delicious. I highly recommend stopping here for breakfast!

Morning brunch experience here was memorable. Enjoyed the house baked croissants and their french omelettes both chevre and herbed. Coffees were good. Service good too. Outside sitting area allows pooches to come on board which is a plus!
