Contribuisci feedbackMy family recently relocated to the area and due to the hectic moving process and our kitchen items still packed away, we have ordered from this restaurant three times. Unfortunately, our experience has not been positive. The first time, they forgot our burgers and gave us the wrong drinks. The second time, we ordered muffins and hash browns, but the hash browns were missing. Most recently, when we tried to place an order, they were unable to fulfill it and ended up canceling on us. We are very disappointed with the service and likely won't return unless we are in a desperate situation or extremely hungry.
The manager at this McDonald's restaurant was unwilling to split card payments and was unable to give a satisfactory explanation when questioned. After that, she was rude for the remainder of the transaction. This was the worst service I have experienced at this McDonald's. It was very disappointing.
I visited this restaurant on 08/14/2023 at noon. The customer service was lacking, as the young lady appeared unhappy and did not greet or display any manners. The interaction was dry and unpleasant, especially since I had to deal with the same unfriendly worker for both ordering and picking up my food.
I came for a DoorDash delivery and they ignore me for 15 minutes. I look over and I see people getting served their deliveries on the cafe side. There were only instructions to go to the front counter. Least they could have done was ask me what I was after.
Ordered a coffee in drive through had to wait for the car in front over 10 minutes whilst he was waiting for his order at the last window (a bottle of water as it turned out!! It was 6am!! Why couldnt that car be asked to move to parking bay so all the others customers could complete their orders and get to work
