The title makes it quite together. a couple of days ago, it went to order. it was more than 2 hours before closing, the restaurant was probably 80% full and a few spare outdoor tables. although vic Covid cases clearly of about 2k. on about 8k in a occasion of days, with rats to eat outside etc., where possible, the mekong said they would not service outside. the only possibility was to eat inside and the only tables for 2 were in the middle of a packed area. we were offered to take away, but from the previous experience it may be difficult to eat pho in a hotel room if they have no table. very disappointing when I was eating their regular work in the city and with so many CBD shops complaining about a lack of customers, they would think that they were a question of a customer to sit outside when they had clearly the room, the interior was pretty busy and so far to finish time. yes, it was busy, but not as busy as others especially, as the new year days seemed to be closed most restaurants. their loss as we have found somewhere eating and very unlikely we will be able to keep the restaurants again.

There are not many Pho cafes in our small country town, so we always look for it when we visit Melbourne. While I wouldn't say that the Pho here is the best I've ever had, it was affordable, quick, and satisfying. The rice paper rolls were large, reasonably priced, and delicious. We also ordered the spring rolls, which were average. The cafe was able to accommodate our wheelchair and followed all COVID protocols. I would come back because the location is central and the restaurant is reliable.
