Clay's Smoked Tuna - Memphis

I ordered from the truck posted at Amazon on New Allen Road. The food was mediocre at best. Sorry guys! The lamb was way over cooked. Lamb shoub be cooked med to med rare if cooked almost well it should at least not be dry. Rice was dry. Asparagus was good. Not impressed. I waited so long to taste this food. I was let down. $20 not well spent. Thanks anyway.

Outstanding food I got one of each of his dips, chicken tuna and buffalo very flavorful and fresh! Dinner plates are good too lamb chops smoked salmon and smoked wings you can’t go wrong with either one you choose! Definitely one of my favorite spots in Memphis!!! You gotta try it and the prices are reasonable with good size portions!??

I’m sorry but I was hoping to taste smoked tuna but it was not flavorful. You could barely taste the smoke flavor. The lady at the window does not speak and was only nice after we paid for our food. Going forward we will continue to ride pass this truck like we had been doing but decided to give them a try. It was nothing spectacular about the food or menu.

Been hearing about this spot so I had to try it out. Everything was cooked perfectly will definitely go back.

This truck has great food...My favorite is the salmon rice asparagus and side of lamb and extra rice.....see ya soon..thx guys
