Jet's Pizza - Memphis

Man all my meat and cheese slid right off as soon as I picked up the crust and It wasnt good as I hoped ? but I burned my lip ??‍??‍so I guess that's a good thing? and the employee was very energetic and happy about his job i love that

This was our First Time coming to Jets Pizza. BBQ Chicken, Spinach and Feta Bread was fantastic. Outstanding Customer Service provided by Dawn, John , and Greg. We will come back to Try the Deep Dish specialty.

I've had two negative incidents here. First, I once had to wait an hour for a pizza that would be ready in twenty-five minutes. Second, I called in advance to order a pickup. They told me it would be ready in fifteen minutes. I waited thirty minutes, walked in, and paid. Then, they told me it would be ready in ten minutes. They hadn't started cooking it yet. I asked for a refund for a pizza they hadn't made yet. The server supposedly called the owner who refused to issue the $9 refund. This is one of the very, very few businesses I never plan on shopping at again.
