This place sucks coffee should never take 25 minutes in side with no one here. I feel like this is going to be the next location that's closed for ever because the employees don't care. This Starbucks is trash.

This is the second time I have come to this location and had a bad experience after placing a mobile order.I placed the order while at the mall parking lot, then drove to the drive thru. I said I had a mobile order and gave my name. She said looks like we just received it. You can pull around but I can 't guarantee it will be ready yet .The previous visit I was told that mobile orders must be done at least 15 mins before picking up. I have never had this issue at other locations and have placed orders in the parking lot for places like McDonald 's with no issues.As a customer, I do not at all understand why placing a mobile order would be different than placing an order at the window. I could pull up and order $50 worth of food and it would then be prepared. That is the definition of a fast food restaurant. Why is my one coffee such an issue.The attitude of the workers about this issue is what has put me in a foul mood about it.I 'll be avoiding this location in the future.

You can tell the staff works hard and fast always with a friendly face every time I've made a purchase. Always my preferred spot when I need my coffee recharge.
