Vibe Foods - Memphis

Absolutely fantastic! I've tried several different bowls, and they’ve all been amazing. The blue lemonade is incredibly refreshing. I typically order through Grubhub, and I've never had any problems—the food always arrives on time and perfectly chilled. I really love this restaurant! I've ordered so often in the past month that I wonder if they might recognize my name now. Ha!

During busy times, the wait for your order can be quite long. This time, I decided to call ahead and place my order while I filled up my gas tank. By the time I was done, I arrived at Vibes, and my order was all set and waiting for me! It couldn't have been any more convenient. Thank you, Vibes!

I have visited this restaurant twice, and I have to say I was not impressed by the taste or quality of the dishes I ordered. The turmeric latte was quite bland, and the classic açaí bowl I tried today was even worse. I couldn’t finish most of it due to an unpleasant smell coming from the bowl. I initially thought the odor might have originated from the spoon they provided, so when I got home, I tried using a different spoon, but the smell persisted – it was musty and unclean. It’s hard to describe, but the smell was so off-putting that I couldn't bring myself to eat it and ultimately had to throw it away.

The service at this restaurant does not meet expectations. The staff fails to create a welcoming environment. I arrived at 12:07 and ordered two shots and a smoothie. A customer who came in after me ordered a bowl and a drink, and they received their order while I was still waiting for mine. Eventually, I went to the counter to ask for a refund. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or offering assistance, the staff simply chatted among themselves about the situation without interacting with me. I did manage to get my refund, but I would have much preferred to enjoy the smoothie I was looking forward to for lunch.

The açaí bowls were outstanding, and the island berry flavor quickly became my favorite. The ambiance is quite peaceful, although the venue can be a bit cold and there isn't much seating available.
