Domino's Pizza - Mendip

Always hot and yummy! Delivery was quick but once it didn’t come cold but apart from that it’s good!

Great pizza, all cooked fresh, plenty of choice. Brilliant delivery service, so helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a cheese burger pizza came without the sauce called them up and said they didn’t have our pizza on the system

Slow Delivery Cold Food Crushed Food Over an hour to wait for order! App said 20 minutes! Ran up to ask about food, was told “get over it!”

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. App said it had been delivered but hadn’t so I called the store. Was told that they couldn’t tell me what had happened to pizza and when I asked to speak to someone who could help I was told no as no one else in the store spoke English. Finally got a call back from manager (roxy) who was extremely rude, accused me of being racist as I asked why there was no one in the store able to help me who could speak English. The food finally arrived very late and was stone cold and the potato wedges weren’t even cooked I asked for a refund and the manager (roxy) told me that it was impossible that the food was cold and I couldn’t get a refund and she was going to refuse to serve me in the future. This woman has either not been given adequate training in customer service or is simply not qualified for the job and should be fired. I also worry if no one making pizza in the store speaks English that they also can’t read English so if you have allergies there will be the chance of cross contamination and health and safety will be minimal. Never order from this store as you will be wasting money. It needs to close down or a whole new set of professional staff need to be employed.
