Got rid of the warm bowls, my only reason for going, and the steak and white cheddar sandwich, which was the only reason my bf went. It’s already expensive but the quality was worth it. Won’t be coming back until another menu change. Their bakery and bread is always delish tho and it’s a cute place to sit down when it’s not terribly busy.
I tried with no success to order online for a catering order. I then also tried calling and the phone ringed 20 times on my second time calling. I drove to this location and placed my order with Kalynn. Her customer service with Heart/Friendliness/CARE is the reason for five for Service. This Panera used to be my go-to for meetings. Not sure if it will remain. Thanks, Kalynn, for your Excellent Service!
I’ve came to this panera a few times to give them another chance but it’s not worth it anymore. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. All the employees are talking in the back or sitting on their phones in the lobby while dishes pile up by the trash cans, silverware is swimming in a container of green milky liquid, every single table is disgusting and there’s more trash on the floor throughout the restaurant than in the bins. For the price of the food, you should be getting a decent meal but that is not the case either. The sandwich was slapped together and there’s pieces of meat on it that is not supposed to be there. Not shocking considering when you fill your drink, you can see the board they prepare them on and it’s absolutely covered. It’s upsetting to see a good restaurant ruined by lazy employees and managers.
Drove all the way here and tried to order online for pickup from the car to expedite things. It was glitchy so I gave up and walked up, only to see a huge PETS PROHIBITED ON PATIO sign. I specifically choose to stop at Paneras when traveling with my dog because they've always been pet friendly on the patios and outdoor seating so that I can eat somewhere other than my car. It would have been nice to know that before driving here. Got back in the car and went through the Burger King drive thru down the road.
They deleted the Napa Chicken Almond duet. I eat at Panera everyday, once a day. The manager offered that I get a Pick 2. After checking out it was over $17. Now I'm going to Panda Express to get an affordable meal. You lost a customer that comes every single day for a meal. I'll never eat here again unless you return my duet meal. The prices are a rip off.
