Chick-fil-a - Mentor

Super busy for the re-opening , so much so. There's a line out to the street . Was well worth the wait though ! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Just experienced the slowest,and coldest food at mentors new and improved location. When I arrived at 11.20 am both lanes were open 5 cars deep in each. When ordering my food I requested that my food be warm when receiving it . Knowing that things are moving extremely slow. Both lanes merged into one lane . After paying at the window 11.45 am ask again about food being warm .I was told yes cold waffle fries, cold nuggets and cheese sauce was jellied over. And no sauce for chicken given. 2nd day open . There's only room to go up!

I was just at the store in Willoughby ohio and it was terrible. i am 61 years old. the place was filled with teenagers both as customers and employees. im ok with that. i was the only person in line and it took over 2 minutes to get waited on while the staff talked to each other and the customers and ignored me. i ordered a milkshake and a lemonade. i was told the shake would take a couple minutes to get the shake cause the machine just exploded. Ok. 10 minutes later one of the young kid customers get the exact shake i ordered. im thinking good. (i know because the strawberry has whipped cream and a cherry) 5 minutes later no one has spoken to me since telling me it would be delayed. thats 15 minutes now to get 2 drinks. I finally got fed up and told Ryan the manager on duty to keep his drinks and give me all my money back. he explained the machine had broke and i said i know. but the young kid got his drink. i guess im not young and cute enough. at that he returned my money and i left. to never return again. i think i was being segregated against because i am a senior citizen and wont patronize an establishment that does so.
