Absolutely horrible...trashed the food and went somewhere else. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I called in an order off their website for 1 order of beef with broccoli with an extra pint of white rice and an add-on quart of lo mein. According to their site the total should've been around 13-14 dollars including tax. It was a pick-up order. They did not give me a total on the first phone call and said they would call back with the order total. 15 minutes later they called back, but this time it was a very angry gentleman who told me it was going to be 24 dollars and change. Then when I questioned the total, and the accuracy of my order, he told me repeatedly and very angrily that I was wrong. As it turns out, they had taken my order wrong. When I pointed this out he screamed at me and said they would not start my order. Start my order?? I had been told to pick it up in 25 min, but was only just then having a conversation about my total after 15 minutes? A very, very poor experience, coming from someone who has 15 years experience in the food service industry, and management experience as well. This is not how you run a business if you want to stay in business.

Since we live fairly close, my family and I go here at least a few times a month, and hands down they definitely have the best Chinese food around!! no matter who works upfront the day you order, they will make sure you were happy with what you ordered. And they are always so kind to my kids. So, of course, that’s a huge plus in todays world!!!! Food: 5

The food is quite like the Chinese you would expect. And you never leave with an empty stomach. But we don 't eat there anymore because there was hair in all of our food... Then we saw a sign that said Don 't miss out! go to the powow! which we didn 't know that was translated to indian meeting . we got there and there was supposidly a human sacrifice and a lot of people dancing around a fire with people chanting with drums, we didnt know that we had to pay for the powow and the lady at the desk said, if you have anymore money in your pockets, then the spirits will curse you . so my sister said that we will not go in the ring of people dancing around a fire and we will only go around once. But Before i took out my glock, my sister after going 1/3 around the circle said to run out so we did, and then we realized that we messed up the powows parking so my sister was like ' take that powow! but the powow situation wasnt about the resteruant i guess...
