Warnung do not go on the map they give on trip advisor where it is not close to the main square. they have to go north, about six blocks on calle 62. small scenic indoor outdoor setting, but rustic that we do not. good. coffee and basic breakfast choice and not expensive!

Very nice little caffe with a beautiful backyard under a tree with plants everywhere the winery is very friendly and helpful and eating tastes great

Had an excellent breakfast here, many options for vegetarians, prices around $80 for breakfast dishes and $30 for a pretty good coffee.

I found it difficult to find vegan options in merida. we stumbled on this simple caffe that is a block north of the park santa lucia. it looks like a hole in the wall with bad signage, and nothing much decoration in the inner. the food and drink are excellent. I had the hummus and the pan integral that probably took 20 minutes to prepare. not what we (US Americans) are all used in prep times, but really wait worth that. I had chaya and lemon to drink. it came with an egg I had believed without any bad effect. the next morning I had chilaquiles with sweet, (made vegan for me); with black cafe americano again both really good. the service is friendly, flexible and finds way to overcome any language barrier. the food delivery takes longer than expected, which might be of care if they are pressed for time. it's a pity that we haven't discovered the caffe in our stay earlier.

The restaurant is from the beaten away but not far from the center and it is well deserved to find for 2 reasons! 1) breakfast menu has a good choice of fresh, tasteful and made locally vegetarian dishes also vegan desserts! the only small part that eats here takes time (approximately 25 minutes for a main dish,) but what good eating does not take time? 2) super good professional coffee! both Americans and Italians should choose americano and good espresso service is great and even without English speaking personel they have our order and allergies exactly right! thank you, comes back anyway!
