Phở Lăng Cô - Meridian Station

I've been going to different Pho places for about 10 years now in Colorado and this one has some of the best Pho out there. This is in my top 3 for food.

No jalapeños, no limes, no utensils… veggie pho is only broccoli and carrots… large was practically a small. Terrible value for the . Don’t waste your time!

It was fine. Just fine.Wasn't feeling well, and pho definitely hits the spot when you have a stuffy nose and sore throat. Was house-sitting nearby so hit them up for some take out.Staff was polite and my order wasn't quite ready, but came out within a few minutes. Nice folks.Got home. Broth was piping hot, meat was packed separate, as well as veggies. Not much meat, nor veggies, bummer.Put it all together and ate the entire thing. It was...fine. Broth was fine, meat was fine, veggies and noodles were fine.Nothing to write home about, and nothing to go out of my way for. I'll stick to South Federal.Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie options, as is typical with Vietnamese cuisine.Parking: Huge lot, shared with other businesses, but plenty of spots.

Ordered a beef broth pho with veggies and tofu. Such a comforting and flavorful meal, even with the sriracha shortage they make this amazing broth that I forget about it and use the jalapeños! Not only great food, but amazing service. One of the best grilled shrimp spring rolls I've had. Tightly rolled, nothing spilling out everywhere so I get a nice solid bite. Great ratio, not just filled with noodles. Order online on their website, not door dash or grub hub if your picking up. Give to the buisness instead of a third party.Also if your only 3 miles away they deliver for free! What a great deal, and remember to tip your delivery driver! Will be ordering from here often.
