Brasserie Basile - Mérignac

The menu is interesting but the quality is not worth the price. It is relatively expensive from apero to dessert without justification. The framework and service are when they are very well.

Well placed, hyper central, good and constant. A true traditional French cuisine brewery revisited to the taste of the day, with in the kitchen a creative and demanding Cheffe. A varied menu, (beat products on current circuits) gourmet and generous plates. Very nice selection of wines preserved in a beautiful sanctuary. Beautiful terrace overlooking, airy and protected. Nice frame, service deferent, smiling and efficient.

I found it a faultless man. A warm atmosphere, the staff is pleasant, the dishes are good and well presented and acceptable prices. It was a nice time, thank you.
