Wendy's - Merriam

THIS location never disappoints! EVERY order is either perfect or quickly corrected. The staff is phenomenal and professional! This is a morning stop for me and an important start to my day! Love it!!

I always loved the spicy chicken sandwiches here! The best spicy chicken I've ever had, I don't know why, but it was always so good here, and also really good quality chicken.

Today Wendy's had technical difficulties on the 75th so the customer could not order when driving through the window. I have to say that the staff handled the situation with style and grace and completed correct orders in the pay window in time.If only the patron had handled it so well! People cried and cried and were very rude about a little delay. I love these Wendy's and went to lunch for years and always had a great experience with great food and wonderful customer service! Wendy's on 75th Street in Merriam, KS, you have treated things very well today and every day!

The staff was professional and polite. I had the sharp chicken comb. Everything was fresh and hot! But the drive thru is backward. The drive thru can be clamped very easily. I'm pretty sure the staff didn't design it.
