Heavenly Coffee - Merrick

Such cool lattes they have. I have holy canoli. the staff is super nice, but please geduld with them the coffee is worth waiting.

I am very sorry to be leaving you this negative rating, but the coffee here is very far from heavenly. The worst I’ve ever had honestly. I say this not to destroy your business but to give you feedback. I’m a business owner as well and you should look at your feedback results and not just reply with forgiveness and excuses but really find a better way to improve your products and customer service. If you aren’t willing to change to improve I’m afraid you won’t be able to compete in the marketplace. I wish you success!!

Delicious drinks, friendly staff! Heavenly has been my new go-to since they opened! Can’t recommend them enough! When we don’t have time to stop in… we buy beans to bring a taste of heaven home!

Best Coffee on LI by far, staff is so friendly and the coffees is incredible! I get The Johnny it’s the perfect combination of flavor to start your day off right, I actually bought a bag to have for home just in case I can’t get to merrick or east rockaway. I am on the road a lot as a realtor and work long hours so I gotta have my heavenly. Check this place out I highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.

Best espresso around hands down! And they have some great cookies! A fredo and a cookie is apart of my daily routine i was a Starbucks guy until i found heavenly!
