Gina's Cafe Deli - Merritt Island

I've been passing by this restaurant every day without going in, but when I needed lunch for a staff meeting, a customer recommended Gina. I'm so glad I took their advice! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely go out of their way to ensure you're happy. The food is delicious—homemade, organic, and simply amazing! It's definitely the best food on Merritt Island!

A delightful surprise with a wide variety of options, including organic and gluten-free choices, as well as homemade latte flavors. They also have an updated menu for breakfast, lunch, and catering. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast of spinach and eggs, enhanced with delicious rosemary spices!

She had dined here for lunch with a friend before, and it was absolutely fabulous. Yesterday, I returned with a friend and it did not disappoint! He ordered the potato bag and said he would definitely come back for it. It was crispy on the outside, while the eggs inside were cooked to perfection. I upgraded my dish by adding spinach, eggs, and cheese to the smoked salmon, and I was not let down. The delightful aromas of the dish lingered with me in the best way. The salmon was as smooth and creamy as Jean described. I truly appreciate that much of the food is organic. I will definitely be back again and again. Thank you to Gina for a job well done! And a special thanks to Jean for her excellent service and refreshing attitude, which is rare to find these days.

The best salmon, cream cheese bagel breakfast and absolutely the best Clam Chowder I've ever had!! I'll be back! Yum! Many organic and gluten-free things also.
