Olive Garden Merritt Island

We flew from Kansas City to Florida, made a reservation, and ordered a cake from Publix since Olive Garden stopped making their delightful mint chocolate cakes years ago. We also shared our meal with my cousins who live nearby. When the manager saw our cake and learned about our celebration, he took the time to come over and hear our story. He was incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family! To top it all off, he treated us to our meal and even gave us a gift card! What an extraordinary experience, and a testament to the outstanding leadership of Manager Chris Day. The Olive Garden corporate team should recognize that they have a real treasure in him. On this special day, we not only celebrated our love for each other but also our fondness for Olive Garden. As for the food, it was just as delicious as it was 30 years ago. We loved the "Tour of Italy," and the salad and breadsticks are worth the trip on their own. Thank you once again for a fantastic meal and beautiful memories!

In the food service industry, one bad experience can have a significant impact. Our first batch of breadsticks was incredibly hard—so much so that it was impossible to break them. The initial bowl of chicken gnocchi soup wasn't much better; the pasta was overcooked and resembled a starchy mess the size of golf balls. However, the second round of breadsticks came out hot and soft, and the next bowl of soup was so delicious that I actually forgot to take a picture of it. The main courses were visually appealing and truly tasty. Additionally, our waiter was very friendly and pleasant.

Our server Tarah was very attentive and on top of everything! Food was delicious and arrived promptly. Great dining experience!!

I always enjoy dining at Olive Garden. We ordered the extra-large Chicken Parmigiana, which was both delicious and generous in portion – we were able to get two meals out of it! I also loved the Grilled Chicken Margherita. While the Zuppa Toscana didn't taste quite right initially, they quickly brought us a fresh batch, and it was delightful. This is extraordinary!!! Imagine shrimp and chicken to be crispy outside but juicy inside…just the correct balance between all flavors…worth it!
