Wendy's - Merritt Island

Underoccupied and badly managed. I've never heard a manager screams so much in a single interaction. on the one who is in the kitchen scream to hurry to scream the customer behind me because they are too many orders on their ticket in the drive through. apparently there is a two meal limit men should honor. all they scream would think that eating would be at least decent, but the pommes were cold and we didn't get a straw. there is no reason that there should be only three workers throughout the restaurant and only one actually makes food. wendys should do good business or nothing at all because this is a misservice for all involved.

Wendy was there for me when there was no other restaurant, in the confusion of all Mexican restaurants that were closed early for cinco de mayo, wendys was shimmering in the night there, a light fire of hope and nutritional misconduct. the personal was super friendly and accommodating and made the ordering process itself fun?, even at 10 o'clock in the night! eating is also great, can't go wrong with whondy.

I called wendy’s after I had not received any part of my order, and they salute on the pommes fries that I did not ask her how my man can not have. they said it would be good that they would put my name in the book to replace it when I went back to the manager that at night was disgusting that she told me that she had my name not down and she didn't want to give me any of my food substitutes. sad she is manager

Went to grab a sandwich, although the trip was around the building, no biggie went in. 4 people in front of me. they order my round, their packed they are jamming casher says I don't want to catch the kitchen again need a few. OK, don't worry. 2 maybe 3 minutes later she takes my order. eating comes from false bun. none of the two sides. they make the right sandwich. I went home to eat. it was 1 clock on a Friday they were really busy. they were still pleasantly smiling and shocking in the kitchen. I just wanted to say a great job!

Food was good the staff was nice, but this place is just plain dirty. The dinning room was filthy. The kitchen area very dirty. Which I won't go in to details about! I understand about being short staffed, but when you have staff that is just standing around. You have a staff that can be cleaning! No excuses!
