Ihop - Mesa

Thank you to IHOP for offering our group of 18 a great service without notice. Our family met at this IHOP site on a Sunday and it was extremely busy; but our tables were in less than 10 minutes (and all our party did not arrive yet) and the service was excellent! Our waitress, Sara, was incredible, she took care of us, DANK YOU SARA!!! Thank you to all who make this a stress-free breakfast and thank you for taking our group family photo! The food was great and these guys on this IHOP are fantastic!!! KUDOS!

Worst food and pick up experience ever...this place should be shut down. Submitted mobile order for curbside pickup, followed directions and tapped tab for 'on my way ', pulled up a minute or so after stated time food would be ready, tapped 'I 'm here ' absolutely nothing/no one came out. After 10 mins, I went inside place was a ghost town with no less than 8+ servers doing virtually nothing. I got the attention of one of them and they went back of the house to get the order mind you, this is now 15 mins past stated expected time...another 10 12 mins go by and finally have a different server bring my food, I even gave her $5 and said thanks, have a good one zero response, of course. Get the food home over med eggs not cooked through, extra crispy hash browns brown on top and borderline raw underneath, and the toast WOW hard.as.a.rock. No syrup provided for pancakes, no butter on or on side as requested, but hey they threw in about 2 dozen ketchup packets and jelly, sigh. I live nearby and have been a couple times cuz my son loves the pancakes, but have always been underwhelmed at best...this was the worst. This location, being so close to Leisure World, is a haven for the elderly I feel bad that IHOP preys on these blue haired victims that frequent this trash joint only because they 've been going every Sunday since the 70 's. A big eff you to IHOP, thanks for $50 worth of garbage!

The server was super nice and the food came really fast. Everything was fine, was hoping for more pancake flavors then just original or something with cinnamon. The hash browns tasted kinda murky and my bacon seemed cheap. My fruit compote was mostly basically canned pie mix, too sweet.

Stopped at for early morning breakfast and they made the omelette just the way I wanted it for some tomaten on the side she did that very nice very good tasting great omelette decent price, the server I think his name was juan he did a good work he was very attentive

The last time I could eat again in ihop, I saw that the server picked up by people records that they removed from the table and the opened plates. they put them back with the rest of the jelly I ordered, regular pancakes came out, they came with lemon, something and whistling cream on them. I like regular pancakes, she said, I thought you wanted me not to ask, but everything was cold service was cramped. it's like a freak, so it's never done with ihop again.
