I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, and they said someone picked it up. they must begin to confirm by watching the phones of the people before they hand out an order. the second time this happened to Panda orders. I spoke with 2 doordash customer service for 45 minutes and received no help. they said that they would not make my DD score, panda would have to create a new order and that would cost too much. what in the world. panda express has to bring her act together because they blew a lot of orders, make her late for customers and give the wrong thather food.
I came at 20:37 clock on a Friday evening closing time is listed as 10:00 clock. at 8:55 a.m. I was ready to eat my food and I had to wash my hands. when I had eaten in the facility, I would assume that I was running an hour before closing time, which I should be able to use the toilet room. However, I was told that the employee who works the front that I can't use the rest room because they already cleaned it? So customers can't use a clean toilet room? will we use a dirty one? I'm not drifting from the road! I am a customer clean cut, haare and nails done the whole sharpener, just turned me off the place all together. I will not return
More decent place, sometimes a little busy. that is a good thing if they are able to stay on food orders. somtimes they have to wait for their desired court.
Great as always. almost friendly service. You did it by 20 o'clock that you didn't manage to do what you said. the last is organized and clean.
Every other Panda Express I go to is happy with my orders. It seems no matter what I order they have an attitude about it here. Price is not a problem for me. Last crew of Latina girls were being rude calling names in Spanish and arguing this crew rolls their eyes and never gives information or options. I ordered entrees in the bowl because I hate clean up and they filled it not even half way with eye rolls like I’m not paying for that… so I told the cashier woman to fill it up all the way and I didn’t care how much I had to pay. She did but the first guy could have just done that to begin with. Look I’m never rude when I go in and I shouldn’t have to explain why I order what I’m ordering or how. Fill the order, take my card and don’t give me attitude. I work a customer service job too and I don’t do that to people so I wouldn’t expect that kind of treatment with your job being so easy. Honestly it’s the people in the back preparing the food that carry this business and that’s all you have going for you at this point. I’ll delete this when you do customer service trying for your employees and I see a difference
