Contribuisci feedbackBravo is one of those outliers when it comes to chain operated businesses. One typically expects under seasoned bland food for the masses when dining at a chain but not here, oh definitely not here! Two months ago I attended a Yelp Elite event here where we had the privilege of sampling four courses paired with wine. I was absolutely blown away not only by the food itself, but the caliber of wine and exceptional service. Vowing to return, my boyfriend and I went out this last week with a free app coupon and $50 gift card to treat ourselves to a date and some time out of the house. Our server was Mason and he could not have been any more delightful! He was kind, attentive, open, funny and experienced. Apparently this was his second day at this location but had worked for Bravo previously. REQUEST HIM. He is outstanding! For our dinner selections, we split the shrimp bruschetta with Boursin garlic cheese, diced tomatoes and lobster cream sauce. The portion was entree size, so it not only impressed visually but the value was well deserved. Alongside my main, I drank Sketchbook Pinot Noir with Mama 's Lasagna Bolognese which in itself was a 5 pound pasta dish! Mason says You didn 't know what you were getting into did you? Eyes wide, I stared at the Alfredo bathed dish and thought--heck I 've got dinner, lunch tomorrow and the next! (Which turns out to be true btw. All in all, an exceptionally impressive experience from start to finish. Incredible food, value, atmosphere and true Southern Hospitality to finish it all off. Bravo!!!
I've been here twice and have had good service both times. The calamari was not very good and was rather flavorless with the texture of a bouncy ball. The crispy shrimp napoli was delicious both times, full of flavor, crispy, and juicy. The lobster ravioli alla vodka was good. It was flavorful and creamy. The ravioli was not super filled but still delicious. It is definitely filling enough to share with another person. I have also had the pasta fra diavolo. It is creamy, flavorful, and well made. I don't usually enjoy chicken entrees at restaurants but I enjoyed this one. The creme brulee was mediocre, worth ordering if you want dessert after your meal. Bottom line: If you find yourslef craving some quick Italian after a lil bit of shopping, give this place a try.
We decided to check this place out be use we couldn't get in the original place we had decided on to celebrate my daughter birthday. I am so glad we did. It was absolutely a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our waiter was even better. He took excellent care of us. He brought our drinks and bread immediately after we ordered. Then the salads and entrees there after. We also had fried ravioli for appetizer, it was so good. I had the chicken Parm and it was amazing. We even had chocolate cake for dessert. If you are in the area it's worth checking out , you won't be disappointed .
A chain restaurant that ranges from decent food to Applebee's blah quality. Consistency is a practice that seems to evade the food preparation and service. Generally you can get an OK meal but far more often than acceptable you can get a less than enjoyable meal while on rare occasion it can actually be pretty good. The service can be really slow to refill your drinks about half the time depending on the server but sometimes you really get a great server that takes first rate care of you. Overall they really need to work on their consistency as they have demonstrated they can do things well when they are running on all cylinders but they have far too many hiccups to be rated as reliable.
My girlfriend and I have come to Bravo twice, once per year since 2018 by coincidence. When we came today (Nov 2019), our server Devin surprisingly remembered us from our last visit in Nov 2018 which really impressed me given how many people he sees each day. Devin was of the utmost professionalism in 2018 and he was again today. He takes pride in his job and truly puts the customer first. May I use this space to now say every time I come to Bravo I want Devin to be my server...or else. Lol but seriously, good service can be common to come by but great service can be rare to receive sometimes and Devin is a great server. The food at Bravo is delicious as well. The free bread rolls and sauce are delicious. I almost stuff myself with them before my entree comes out. I always have to remind myself to slow down. The lasagne is superb and the shrimp fra diavolo is creamy, spicy, and hits the spot. I look forward to coming to Bravo in the future.
