This place is great! Steak fingers are AWESOME, very tender. They have gizzards too, hard to find. these were both appetizer baskets and made a full meal. Sarah the bartender was amazing. The owner Larry gave us a tour. Live music Friday and Saturday nights, outdoor with BBQ.

Today I had the Madras Brewing Salad with Shrimp and BY FAR the most amazing Shrimp Salad I ever had. They were incredibly tasteful, great size and a good amount for my lunch. My bosses who were both in town had the Loren Wrap and they enjoyed the immense and want to get away an hour just to eat at MBC. The staff was provisional and friendly. It was a great lunch on the terrace today. And they even had peach ice tea that was enjoyed by our company president

Try the Jim Beam Burger, the best in Central Oregon. Our cook was B and our server was Sara. Great service and great food. We'll be back.
