Let me tell you. Read the real reviews on Yelp. This is a horrible and expensive establishment with mediocre food at best. The people here don?t know a thing about Customer Service. I took a coworker here who found hair in her ice cream bar. Gross! And they will ignore you and treat you with no respect. Save your well earned money for an establishment that has good food and treat you with respect and dignity. I know I will. I will never set foot here again. You?ve been warned!

This restaurant has delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. Everything is fresh and wonderful. They have some of the best vegan options in town. The fresh almond milk is fantastic, and the mini pancakes are a must-try.

I ordered a shake and salad for pickup but they forgot to give my mother the shake and the salad dressing. When I called to inquire, Lady Elisa blamed us for not checking the order properly and claimed that they planned to give my mother the shake after she had already left. I requested for the missing items to be delivered but she refused. When I demanded to speak to the manager, Lady Elisa claimed she was the manager. In conclusion, the service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing.

We used to love this restaurant when it was located at the gas station in South Beach. However, since they have expanded, the quality has gone downhill. I visited at 10:30 and they were already out of orange juice, grapefruit juice, and several other breakfast items. The staff struggled to understand simple questions in English, such as what type of granola they offered. The Acai bowl was mostly just a pile of red ice cream with very little fruit or other toppings. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.
