Sushi By Bou - Miami Beach

I'm a big fan of great hospitality (hard to come by in Miami) and this location is the epitome of that. Aside from being located inside of the Versace Mansion, the staff was super attentive and friendly and the fish was the best I've had in South Florida. I had a lot of fun while enjoying amazing food with my friends.

I loved the intimate idea of this dinner concept. Food was amazing, there's a true feeling of exclusivity and there is that feeling of adventure finding the actual restaurant within the hotel.

If you're in MIA, you have to. I mean omakase at the Versace mansion ON Versace plates? Yeah a bit gaudy but you know what YOLO. First, the cocktails and sake options are fantastic here. In just drinks alone, we had the: *Old Fashioned Pearl (legent bourbon, angostura bitters, ROASTED BARLEY SYRUP! Love the Japanese twist on an old fashioned. Perfectly balanced! *Hatozaki Small Batch Whiskey. They had yamazaki on the menu but they're out of stock like most places. So the bartender recommended this one as the alt. Pretty dang good alt. *Born Gold Muroka Junmai Daiginjo Sake I'm not a big sake drinker and this was easy to drink. Had a bit of a sweet start but dry finish! I know other reviews mentioned being rushed but I thought it was the perfect pace. To be fair, my partner and I eat like locusts with speed and intention (ha . So that could be part of the reason why. We had some INCREDIBLE fresh fish here and because it's omakase, I'm not going to go thru each dish because it may change anyways. Definitely worth a visit!

This place has it goin on! I had chef Jordan in the back room and I think the other chef's name was Jeff. They were like a dynamic duo. Totally killed it. The drinks from Linda were amazing (I recommend the spicy margarita drink they have). Couldn't believe the quality of fish for the price point. Definitely check them out when you're in town. Reminds me of their venues in Manhattan Also, ask Jazzmin what her favorite pieces are. She put my friend and I on one that was amazing (I'm sorry I don't recall the name now. Too many margaritas)

Had dinner prepared by Jordan and Cam. Fantastic experience . Friendly, cool af , and the sushi was fired highly recommended
